Health Net's Bridging the Divide platform existed to support an important mission: helping healthcare leaders across California close care gaps, improve outcomes and expand access to quality care. But the existing site did not fully reflect the strength of that mission. The look and feel was outdated, the experience was difficult to navigate and the copy was not tailored clearly enough to the audiences the platform needed to reach.
JUST CAUSE was brought in to reimagine the experience from the inside out. That meant refining the information architecture, rewriting the site copy, developing a more modern visual direction and creating a clearer path through the content for healthcare partners, community leaders and stakeholders looking for practical resources and partnership opportunities.
The new experience repositioned Bridging the Divide as more than a resource library. It became a purpose-led hub built around access, partnership and action, helping Health Net communicate its role in closing care gaps with greater clarity, warmth and credibility.
