The Brief

Surterre Properties was built to redefine luxury real estate in Southern California, but the brand needed a video that could capture more than beautiful homes. It needed to express the company's culture, values, people and point of view in a way that felt authentic, relatable and true to the organization.

As part of a larger rebranding initiative, JUST CAUSE helped create a brand anthem that brought Surterre's ethos to life: team over ego, service beyond the transaction, care for the community and a deeper understanding of what luxury really means.

A second film extended that storytelling approach to Rollins Residential, a Surterre-connected real estate group. The video gave the team a client-facing asset that showed how they work, how they guide families through major decisions and how their relationship-driven approach creates trust.
